Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use everyday-club.com (the "Website") to order food, book a cafe table, book a bar table or book a hotel room at Everyday Club. Everyday Club is a proprietorship business owned by Rajendra Kumar Mundawadiya ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You log in with your mobile number and a one-time verification code. Please give your correct name, mobile number and delivery address.
• You are responsible for orders and bookings made from your account. Do not share your verification code with anyone.
• We may block an account that is used for fake orders, abuse of our staff or misuse of the Website.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹). Menu prices, room prices and any offers are shown on the Website before you pay.
• For food orders, GST (5%) and a delivery charge of ₹40 are added at checkout and shown in the cart before you pay.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay) using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Prices and the menu may change from time to time. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Food orders

• Online food orders are accepted between 11 AM and 11 PM, and only for delivery within Malpura town (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).
• An order is accepted once the restaurant confirms it. If an item is not available, we may call you or cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Table and room bookings

• Cafe table and bar table bookings reserve a table for you; they do not need any payment on the Website.
• Hotel room bookings are paid in advance on the Website. Please carry a valid government photo ID at check-in, as required by law.
• Room numbers and tables are assigned by us and may change for operational reasons.

5. Bar

Alcoholic drinks are not sold or delivered through the Website. A bar table booking only reserves a table. Drinks are served only at our bar, to guests of legal drinking age, as per the law of Rajasthan.

6. Reviews

Customers who have ordered or booked with us can write a review. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive or false content. We may choose which reviews are shown on the Website and may remove reviews that break these rules.

7. Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the Website correct and working, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain small errors. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order or booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Tonk, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction.
