This Privacy Policy explains what information Everyday Club (owned by Rajendra Kumar Mundawadiya) collects when you use everyday-club.com, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your mobile number, first and last name, delivery address and, if you add one, a profile photo.
• Orders and bookings: what you order or book, the date and time, amounts paid and the status (for example confirmed, delivered or cancelled).
• Reviews that you write on the Website.
• Payments: payments are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive only the payment status and reference number — never your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Your device: the Website saves a small amount of information in your browser (for example your login and cart) so you stay logged in. You can clear it by logging out or clearing your browser data.

2. How we use it

• To log you in with a verification code (sent by SMS/WhatsApp to your mobile number).
• To prepare and deliver your food orders, manage your table and room bookings, and contact you about them.
• To show your order and booking history in your account.
• To process refunds and to keep records required by law (for example tax records).

3. Who can see it

• Our restaurant and hotel staff, only to handle your orders and bookings.
• Service providers that help us run the Website (hosting, database, payments, verification messages), only for that purpose.
• Government authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Reviews

If a review you wrote is shown on the Website, your name and the review text are visible to everyone. Your mobile number is never shown.

5. Keeping your data safe

Your information is stored on secure servers and is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only authorised staff can access it.

6. Your choices

You can update your name, address and photo from your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, or to have your account and data deleted (except records we must keep by law), email [email protected] from or mentioning your registered mobile number.
